To Pre-register: Send us an email, and let us know what days you will be playing, along with any questions or issues you feel like raising. You don't need to be registered to play, but it helps us get a head count, and figure out how many supplies to bring. It's a friendly thing to do, and we appreciate it muchly.
EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Come out and play with us in the final game of the season! We’ve got one
barn, two rooms, and 96 acres of trails and gorgeous woods to work with. Just
be prepared to clean things up thoroughly… This place is great, and I
seriously want to use it again!
If you must leave site early, check with us to coordinate cleanup before you go. LARPing and dashing will be severely penalized.
EVENT BACKGROUND:
Colum, the great city. Colum, once the jewel in the throne of the Hio Lands.
Colum, beset with bio-weapons during the end times. Colum, fallen forever more..
But to the Northeast, the poisonous mist that shrouds the area has drawn back. The bio-weapons that plague those who would scavenge the ruins seem to be dormant in a few select sectors. To the northeast, there are paths into the woods around the city that hint at untouched salvage within…
The mist is gone, and whatever agents swarmed within it have followed it, for whatever reason. The way is open for the brave to explore territory lost for over half a century…
You will be required to bring the following things, if you wish to participate;
-Eye protection of some sort. Should be tough enough to stand up to a .20 airsoft
pellet propelled at 250 fps.
-Decently thick clothes that won’t cause heat stroke. (A jacket, or a
couple of shirts, or heavier. Jeans are also a good idea, or layered pants.
Also, guys will probably want athletic protectors.)
-Any required medication or dietary needs.
-Proof of Age
-Your event fee (Cash or check, please.We can't do credit cards.) You can bring
the following things, if you have them lying around and don't mind them seeing
some use;
-Spell packets.
-Melee or archery weapon phys-reps. (We're short on these for a minute, so bringing
your own is a big help.)
-Airsoft guns that fit our requirements. (See the FAQ.) -Snacks. (We'll have
some, but more can't hurt.)
-Weapons of nerf destruction. (Good for repping tasers and heavy weapons.)
Game Staff will provide the following things;
-Airsoft guns and weapons of nerf destruction
-Food and Drink*
-Weapon phys-reps. (Limited)
*As allowed by the total donation
REWARD:
This is a two-day event. You can pay and play by the day, if you cannot attend
the full event. PC’s will get standard karma gain, NPC’s will get
1.5 times PC gain.
